Arnica is one of the oldest herbaceous plants in the sunflower family use in homeopathic preparations. Arnica may reduce swelling, decrease pain associated with bruises, aches, and sprains. It has also been known to soothe insect bites as well as muscle and cartilage pain.

It is a light non-sticky water based gel that easily absorbs into the skin.
