Delivery And Returns


When goods have been ordered in error or are not as expected, the Company may agree to their return on the following conditions.

  1. A returns authorisation request must be made to Bellitas Limited within 7 days of receipt of goods.
  2. Returned goods should be in its original packaging and in perfect condition. Goods returned damaged will not entitle the Buyer to a full refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  3. Refunds will be subject to the purchase price less 10% handling charge. Carriage charges will not be refunded.
  4. Returned goods will only be accepted where a Returns Authorisation has been given. The relevant reference number must be quoted on accompanying documentation. For your own protection please obtain a receipt from the carrier as the Company accept no responsibility for lost parcels.
  5. Goods which are given free or as part of an offer is not exchangeable or refundable, unless the full offer is returned, subject to normal conditions.


UK deliveries 1-3 days
Ireland 3-4 days delivery
Scottish Highlands and Islands 3-4 days

The times quoted are quoted in good faith, but shall not be binding. To facilitate prompt delivery, all despatches will be made direct to the point of ordering. Bellitas Limited cannot accept responsibility for transport delays or circumstances outside their control causing late delivery. Neither Bellitas Limited nor their designated carrier will accept claims for consequential loss due to late deliveries.


All orders with a net value of £195 will be sent carriage free for wholesalers (UK and Ireland only) and £100 for all other orders.

All carriage charges are excluding VAT.


If you require special deliveries other than those provided please contact our Customer Services team.


We welcome orders for anywhere in the world. Carriage charges will vary on destination and weight of the consignment. Price will be given on application.


Prior to despatch, cancellation will only be accepted on the following terms:

  1. A 5% handling charge on standard terms.
  2. Items brought in specifically for your order must be paid for in full.

Cancellation cannot be accepted after despatch.
